Job Description: Telecaller
Position Overview
LWS Pune is hiring a dedicated Tele caller to support student enrolment efforts for our defense exam coaching programs (NDA, AFCAT, CDS, SPI). The tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, conducting needs assessments, and converting prospects into enrolled students while maintaining professional communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Conduct initial needs assessment to understand educational goals and exam preferences
- Present relevant defense exam coaching programs based on student requirements
- Maintain detailed call logs and prospect interactions in the CRM system
Student Enrollment Support
- Explain program features, course structure, and admission procedures
- Answer queries regarding NDA, AFCAT, CDS, SPI preparation, batch timings, and faculty qualifications
- Nurture leads through follow-up calls and messaging
- Support the admission process and facilitate enrollment completion
- Convert qualified leads into paying students
Relationship Management
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with all stakeholders
- Handle objections and concerns professionally
- Build positive rapport to enhance institute reputation
- Provide basic information about the institute and its achievements
Administrative Tasks
- Update and maintain CRM/database with accurate call records and student information
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports on call conversion rates
- Coordinate with academic counselors and admission team
- Follow up on referrals and past inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1-2 years of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience
- Language Skills: Marathi, English and Hindi
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and basic computer operations
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
