- 1. Making & Receiving CallsMake outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, or schedule appointments.
- ā 2. Product/Service CommunicationExplain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions clearly and convincingly.
- Address customer queries and handle objections professionally.

- Conduct follow-up calls to interested prospects, ensuring ongoing engagement and conversion.
- ā 4. Database & Record KeepingAccurately update customer interaction details in , spreadsheets.
- Maintain records of call outcomes, feedback, follow-ups, and sales data.
- ā 5. Target Achievement Work towards monthly targets for calls, conversions, sales, or customer satisfaction metrics.
- Report performance metrics to supervisors or sales/marketing teams.
- ā 6. Customer Relationship & SatisfactionBuild positive relationships with customers through professional, polite, and engaging communication.
