Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer support.
Provide information about vehicle services, maintenance schedules, warranty, and offers.
Schedule service appointments and send reminders to customers.
Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.
