Job Description
- Telecaller Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain company products and services in a clear manner
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain daily call records and customer data accurately
- Convince customers and close sales (if sales role)
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve assigned call and sales targets
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude
- Update customer information in the system regularly
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines
