Telecaller

Credence is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with property/interior-related inquiries. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
