Telecalling Executive

FITNESTA ACADEMY is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who can communicate effectively with parents, students, and society authorities, explain our services, and convert inquiries into admissions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

📌 Calling & Lead Handling

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company

Handle inbound inquiries from parents and students

Explain FITNESTA services (Sports, Fitness, Home Tutor, Activities)

📌 Sales & Conversion

Convert inquiries into admissions

Achieve daily/weekly targets

Follow up regularly with interested clients

📌 Customer Communication

Maintain polite and professional communication

Handle queries, objections, and provide proper solutions

Build trust with parents and clients

📌 Data & Reporting

Maintain call records and update data in system / FITNESTA App

Submit daily reports to Admin / HR

📌 Coordination & Support

Coordinate with trainers, teachers, and marketing team

Support admin in scheduling and follow-ups

🎓 Skills Required

Excellent communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi)

Strong sales and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of sports, fitness, and education field

Problem-solving ability

Ability to handle pressure and targets
