Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences regarding properties.
• Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including locations, pricing, unique features, and benefits of the properties.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain proper follow-up and update customer data in CRM.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. 
• Cultivate trust, communicate effectively, drive results, encourage innovation, prioritize customer needs, collaborate with team members, creatively solve problems, and uphold high integrity. 

Required Skills:

• Strong follow-up abilities.
• Skilled in managing customer conversations smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
• 3 months–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
• Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
