Telecalling Executive

Job Description:Rajkamal Drycleaners is looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Service Call Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert enquiries into bookings, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls & WhatsApp enquiries professionally
• Explain services such as dry cleaning, laundry, shoe & upholstery cleaning
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Schedule pickup & delivery as per customer convenience
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, repeat orders, and offers
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues politely
• Update customer details, orders, and call notes in the system
• Coordinate with shop staff and logistics team for smooth service
• Achieve daily/weekly sales and booking targets
• Collect customer feedback after service completion
