About the Role:

We are looking for a Part-Time Telecalling Executive to follow up with leads and help them move forward with product demos and trials. This role involves calling and messaging leads regularly and guiding them through the next steps. Both experienced candidates and freshers who are comfortable speaking with customers can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call 30–40 leads per day and follow up regularly.
• Send WhatsApp messages to all leads and share product details when needed.
• Schedule product demos for interested leads.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they attend scheduled demos.
• Follow up with customers who are on trial.
• Respond to queries if a lead calls back or replies on WhatsApp.
• Update basic notes and follow-ups in the CRM.

Skills and Qualifications:
