💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹3,000 (based on performance)
🕓 Experience: Minimum 6 months
🏢 Offices: Hiring for 2 branches
🧩 Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students/customers to explain courses and services
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information
- Explain admission process, course details, fees, and class timings
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and leads (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Share course details via WhatsApp, SMS, or social media
- Communicate politely and professionally with all students
- Coordinate with the admin team for admissions and updates
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Languages Required:
- Marathi – Fluent (Must)
- Hindi – Fluent (Must)
- English – Basic communication
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
