Job Summary:

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling meetings or site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about projects/services.
• Generate and qualify leads, and maintain a customer database.
• Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients to ensure engagement and conversion.
• Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
• RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/English/local language).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
• Ability to convince and engage customers.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
