Telecalling Executive – Real Estate

Your responsibility will include calling the customers whose leads we provide. As we are working in real estate, you will explain the project details to potential customers and convince them to schedule a site visit.

Call prospective customers from the leads provided by the company.

Explain project details clearly and effectively.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project options.

Convince customers to schedule site visits.

Maintain follow-ups with interested customers until closure.

Update call records, customer responses, and follow-up status

Coordinate with the sales team for confirmed site visits.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and site-visit targets.
