About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and motivating your team to promote growth and deliver exceptional service. Your in-depth knowledge of real estate practices and projects, combined with your leadership skills, will drive the success of your team and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
  • Assist team members with client interactions, offering advice on property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Handle escalated client issues or concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations.
  • Stay well-versed in real estate practices, market trends, and project details to provide valuable insights to the team and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and implementing strategies to achieve results.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-6 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate practices, market dynamics, and project management.
  • Confident and assertive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
