*Job Title:* Telecaller (Motor Insurance)

*Location:* Pisoli, Pune

*Salary:* ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month + incentive 

*Work Mode:* Office-based

*Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for motor insurance policies

- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and assist with policy purchases

- Follow up on leads, handle queries, and maintain CRM data

- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to sales goals

- Provide excellent customer service and support

*Requirements:*

- 10th/12th/Graduate in any discipline

- Fresher or experienced candidates welcome (prior telecalling experience preferred)

- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
