Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and scheduling consultations for our interior design services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with potential customers. This role plays an important part in supporting the company’s sales and client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Client Outreach

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company and explain our services.

Identify and generate potential leads interested in interior design and related solutions.

Build rapport with clients and understand their requirements.

Handling Customer Inquiries

Manage inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers.

Provide clear and professional information about company services.

Convert inquiries into qualified leads for the sales or design team.

Lead Tracking and Database Management

Maintain and update the lead database with accurate customer details.

Keep records of all communication and follow-up activities.

Client Follow-Ups

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects via phone calls and WhatsApp.

Address customer queries and guide them towards scheduling consultations.

Appointment Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule appointments for site visits, consultations, and design discussions.

Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

Target Achievement

Meet daily and weekly calling targets set by the company.

Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or similar roles.

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Interest or knowledge in the interior design industry is an added advantage.
