Telesales Executive

We are looking for someone to initiate calls in exceptionally fluent English with

principals and directors of schools across India. The main objective is to schedule

meetings with school decision-makers to introduce our ‘Holistic Progress Card’ solution.

Growth Path:

This role begins with initiating conversations and scheduling meetings with school

decision-makers. Based on performance (usually within 3–-5 months), you will progress to:

• Supporting onboarding and client communication

• Managing school relationships across a region

Responsibilities:

●Make outbound calls to school decision-makers

●Schedule virtual/physical meetings with decision-makers

●Maintain call logs and follow-up plans in tracking sheets

Requirements:

●Fluent in English with very strong communication skills

●Hardware requirements: Must have a phone for calls and a laptop/tablet for tracking

sheets.

Remuneration/Stipend:

●Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 per month

●Incentive: ₹300 per meeting
