💼 Job Overview:

We are hiring a Female Telesales Executive with prior experience in real estate telecalling. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-ups, data management, and achieving sales conversion targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Handle customer queries professionally and politely

• Manage and maintain sales data and follow-up records

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets

• Support sales closure through effective communication

✅ Eligibility & Requirements:

• Gender: Female only

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales / real estate telecalling

• Languages: Hindi, Marathi & Basic English (preferred)

• Skills:

– Follow-up sales & data management

– Confident, polite, and persuasive communication

– Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)

– Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
