Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and promote products/services
Handle customer inquiries and close sales over calls
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with store team for order fulfillment
Eligibility / Skills:
Experience in telesales, B2C sales, or outbound calling
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
