Job Description

A Real Estate Telecaller drives sales by initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting property listings, and scheduling site visits. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating CRM databases with lead information, and following up on leads to meet sales targets. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and ideally experience in  


 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential buyers and investors based on provided leads.

Inbound Query Handling: Respond to incoming calls, explaining project details, pricing, and amenities.

Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property site visits between potential clients and sales agents.

Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects to gauge interest and gather feedback.

Database Management: Maintain and update client information, interaction notes, and lead status in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and objectives.
