Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and proactive Remote Tally Sales Product Expert who can handle inbound and outbound leads, follow up consistently, update CRM, and close bookings. This is not an insurance or cold-selling job. The product is an engineering-based Tally sales solution, and full training will be provided.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Call new leads received daily (maximum 4–5 quality calls per day)
2. Follow up with existing leads via WhatsApp and phone calls
3. Understand customer requirements and explain the product clearly
4. Answer basic logical and product-related questions from customers
5. Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM app
6. Close bookings and coordinate with the internal team if required
7. Ensure quick response time to new leads (speed is important)

Required Skills & Qualities

1. Zero phone fear. Must be comfortable calling customers
2. Clear and polite communication in Hindi / English (regional language is a plus)
3. Basic logical thinking and problem-solving ability
4. Willingness to learn technical and engineering-related product concepts
5. Ability to handle customer objections calmly
6. Self-disciplined and responsible while working remotely
7. Comfortable using WhatsApp, calling apps, and CRM tools

Training & Support

1. Complete product and sales training will be provided
2. Engineering and technical aspects will be explained step by step
3. Ongoing guidance for objection handling and closing
