Telesales Executive/Telecaller/Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, filtering leads for genuineness, and managing inquiries.
• Scheduling site visits, providing property information, and assisting with client presentations.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client data, managing pipelines, and providing regular progress reports.
•  Acting as a bridge between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth, qualified lead handovers.

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in Hindi and English
• Typically requires 2–5 years of experience in sales or tele-sales, often within the real estate or service sector
