Tender Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage the tendering process for the company. The candidate will be responsible for searching for new tenders, preparing tender documents, submitting bids, and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and monitor tender opportunities on government and private portals.
• Prepare and submit tender documents as per requirements.
• Maintain records of tender documents, submissions, and results.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical and financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and deadlines.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and bid documentation.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and update management on status.
• Handle tender portals such as Government e‑Marketplace (GeM), and other procurement websites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering or procurement (preferred).
• Knowledge of government tender portals and bidding procedures.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email communication.
• Ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with government or PSU tenders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
