Job Title: Travel Consultant

Job Type: Full-time

• Job Profile & Responsibilities:Handling air ticketing (Domestic & International)
• Passport form filling and basic documentation support
• Interaction with walk-in guests and understanding their travel requirements
• Making sales calls, explaining tour packages, and converting leads
• Regular client follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Preparing travel quotes and basic itineraries
• Maintaining and updating CRM records accurately
• Coordinating with vendors and internal team for smooth bookings
• Providing post-booking assistance and customer support
• Key Skills Required:Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi preferred)
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and services
• Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally
• Sales-oriented mindset with follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working with CRM software and MS Excel
• Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in travel & tourism industry preferred
