Two Wheeler Mechanic

Job Summary We are looking for skilled and motivated 2-Wheeler Service Technicians to join our OLA Electric service operations. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing OLA Electric two-wheelers while ensuring high service quality, safety standards, and timely vehicle delivery.

• Key Responsibilities Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs of OLA Electric two-wheelers.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
• Ensure delivery of 3–5 vehicles per day with defined quality standards.
• Follow OEM service procedures, safety guidelines, and workshop SOPs.
• Accurately update job cards, service records, and repair details.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools.
• Coordinate with service advisors and managers to ensure timely turnaround.
• Support continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Eligibility & Skills ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or relevant technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in EV or 2-wheeler servicing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electric vehicle systems, batteries, motors, and controllers.
• Ability to meet daily productivity targets and work under timelines.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on experience and work quality).
