Work Experience: Minimum 1 years experience

Annual CTC Range: Maximum Fixed Annual Salary of Rs 3.9 Lac per annum (LPA ) or Monthly Rs 33264 Fixed + Attractive Incentives of Rs5K based on performance on indicators such as

·       % of tasks delivered on or before deadline

·       Quality score (simple 1–5 rating by manager/client)

·       Number of usable creatives/videos produced per month

Key Skills:

·       Any graduate with proven skills in video editing and graphic design and a strong portfolio.

·       Adobe Premiere Pro

·       After Effects (for motion graphics is a plus)

·       Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools

·       Knowledge of color grading, audio correction, and motion graphics is an added advantage

·       Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer

·       Strong understanding of hooks, content flow, and audience psychology.

·       Ability to edit videos quickly without compromising quality.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

·       Good communication and time-management skills.

·       Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.      Review and analyze raw footage to identify strong hooks that capture audience attention in the first 3–5 seconds.

2.      Edit videos based on project requirements, including trimming, cutting, sequencing, transitions, sound syncing, and effects.

3.      Create short-form videos, reels, ads, and promotional content optimized for social media platforms.

4.      Ensure all videos maintain brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

5.      Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality output.

6.      Shoot the students' bytes and capture the event glimpses.

7.      Give the content Hook for the Video Created

8.      Develop visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, ads, and thumbnails.

9.      Create video templates for recurring design needs while maintaining brand identity.
