Videographer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Real Estate Videographer who can capture high-quality property videos and create engaging content for marketing and social media. The ideal candidate should have experience in shooting real estate walkthroughs, reels, and promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot professional property videos, walkthroughs, and site visit content

Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads

Edit videos with smooth transitions, background music, and branding elements

Capture drone shots (if applicable) for premium property listings

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for content requirements

Ensure timely delivery of video projects

Maintain camera and video equipment properly

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in videography, preferably in real estate

Strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and framing

Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of social media trends and marketing content

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of photography and graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop)

Portfolio of previous real estate or commercial video work
