Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. The role includes managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch).
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepanci es.
• Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.
• Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward goods.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff and workers.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments.
• Handle customer or vendor queries related to warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
