Welder / Fitter

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team. The welder will be responsible for cutting, joining, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques to meet production and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Perform welding using methods such as MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding
• Cut, grind, and prepare metal surfaces before welding
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components
• Inspect welded joints for accuracy, strength, and quality
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition
• Follow safety rules and company procedures at all times
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines
• Requirements & QualificationsProven experience as a welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of different welding techniques and materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial conditions
• Welding certification is an advantage (if applicable)
