About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Academic Associate to support our faculty in delivering high-quality instruction for defense exam preparation (NDA, AFCAT, CDS, SPI). This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background who are passionate about education and aspire to grow in the defense coaching sector.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Support

•      Assist faculty members in course preparation, lesson planning, and curriculum development

•      Prepare and organize study materials, formula sheets, and question banks

•      Grade assignments, tests, and mock exams with detailed feedback

•      Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and tutorial support for students

•      Maintain academic records and track student performance metrics

Classroom Management

•      Facilitate classroom activities and manage classroom operations

•      Coordinate practice tests and mock examinations

•      Support faculty during lectures with demonstrations and practical examples

•      Monitor student attendance and engagement levels

•      Provide academic mentorship and personalized guidance to students

Content Development

•      Develop topic-wise question banks (MCQs) aligned with exam patterns

•      Create instructional materials, worksheets, and practice sets

•      Assist in recording video lectures and online course content

•      Research past year papers and identify trending question patterns

•      Update study materials based on latest exam trends and syllabus changes

Administrative Tasks

•      Maintain documentation of grading, student communications, and academic activities

•      Coordinate with faculty for scheduling and resource allocation

•      Support student onboarding and orientation programs

•      Assist in faculty training workshops and SOP implementation]

Required Qualifications

•      Bachelor's degree from a recognized university

•      General knowledge of subjects for defense exams

•      Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi

•      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

•      Passion for teaching and student development

Preferred Qualifications

•      Experience in defense exam coaching (NDA/AFCAT/CDS/SPI)

•      Familiarity with digital learning platforms and EdTech tools

•      Background in competitive exam preparation or armed forces training

•      Experience with content creation and video recording
