Academic Counsellor

Vishwa is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Admission Counsellor to join our admission consultancy. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admission process, providing them with accurate information and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the education sector, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Student Guidance

o Provide counselling and guidance to prospective students regarding admission procedures and requirements, explain universities ppt, etc.

o Assist students in understanding their options and making informed decisions about their education.

2. Application Support

o Help students prepare and complete their admission applications accurately and efficiently.

o Review application materials to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements.

3. Information Dissemination

o Stay updated on the latest developments in admissions, including eligibility criteria and application timelines.

o Provide accurate information about various colleges, programs, and admission processes.

4. Communication Management

o Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from prospective students and their families.

o Conduct follow-ups with students to address questions and provide additional support.

5. Workshops and Seminars

o Organize and conduct workshops and information sessions for students and parents.

o Collaborate with educational institutions and partners to facilitate events.

6. Feedback and Improvement

o Collect feedback from students regarding the admission process and services offered.

o Suggest improvements based on feedback to enhance the counselling experience.
