Academic Counselor

Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and student-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses, colleges, and career paths. The role focuses on counseling, admissions support, and student relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic options
• Handle student inquiries and follow up on leads
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve targets
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM/MIS
• Coordinate with admissions and academic teams
• Provide post-admission guidance and support
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Counseling and convincing abilities
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM preferred
