Position: Academic Counselor
- 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads)
- Guide students about courses like Full Stack, Data Science, Python, etc.
- Convert leads into admissions
- Maintain follow-ups and student database
- Support in achieving admission & revenue targets
- Coordinate with trainers and management
- Provide career guidance to students
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in counseling / sales
- Basic knowledge of IT courses (preferred)
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally
- Target-oriented mindset
