• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
• Explain courses, training programs, and career opportunities
• Convert leads into admissions
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong student relationships

• 🔹 Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle student queries confidently
• Hardworking as well as smart working attitude
• Passion for helping students in career guidance
• Basic knowledge of IT courses/training (preferred but not mandatory)
