ADA Tech Solutions is looking for a motivated Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and programs. The role involves counselling leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and providing end-to-end support to students throughout the enrolment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, leads, and walk-ins
• Convert enquiries into successful enrolments
• Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and MIS
• Achieve individual and team admission targets
• Provide excellent customer service and post-admission support
