Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Intern to support our NGO’s finance and accounting activities. The intern will assist in maintaining financial records, data entry, and basic accounting operations. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want practical exposure in NGO accounting and finance. An internship letter/certificate will be provided by the NGO upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Data entry of expenses, bills, vouchers, and receipts
• Maintain records of payments, invoices, and petty cash
• Support preparation of basic financial statements and reports
• Help with filing and maintaining financial documents
• Support senior accounts staff as required

Eligibility / Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) students or freshers
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiar with MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Honest, responsible, and organized
