Account Assistant

Job Summary:

Assist the accounts department in maintaining accurate financial records, performing routine accounting tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations related to sales, purchases, banking, and other accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily sales, purchases, and expense transactions in accounting software.

Assist in preparing and maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and other financial documents.

Assist in preparing GST data, TDS details, and other statutory records.

Coordinate with senior accountants for month-end and year-end closing tasks.
