Job Description
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining digital/physical filing systems.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, expense reports, and payments, as well as chasing debts.
Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and monthly, quarterly, or annual reports.
