Account Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining daily accounts, preparing invoices, recording financial transactions, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include updating accounting records, handling bank reconciliation, maintaining proper documentation, and assisting in GST and other statutory compliance work. The Account Assistant will also coordinate with internal departments for financial data and ensure timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and good organizational skills. A degree in Commerce or relevant field with 1–3 years of experience in accounting will be preferred.
