Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Recovery Executive is responsible for managing outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization. This role involves proactive follow-ups with clients, resolving payment discrepancies, and coordinating with internal teams to minimize overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track outstanding customer balances and aging reports.
• Initiate timely follow-ups with customers via calls, emails, and written communication for overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in coordination with sales and billing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery status, collection efficiency, and delinquent accounts.
• Escalate critical or high-risk accounts to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections.
• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of accounts receivable processes and credit control.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally ERP systems.
• Time management and ability to meet collection targets.
