manage end-to-end accounting operations for our growing coaching and consulting business.

This role goes beyond bookkeeping — it plays a critical role in ensuring financial clarity, statutory

compliance, cash flow stability, and profitability tracking to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

膆膊 Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

 Record daily transactions (Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Receipts, Journal Entries)

 Maintain accurate ledgers and documentation

 Ensure proper classification of income and expenses

膆膋 Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management

 Perform bank, cash, UPI, and payment gateway reconciliations

 Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments

 Maintain weekly cash flow status and projections

膆膌 Billing & Receivables

 Generate and share client invoices

 Monitor payment collections and aging reports

 Coordinate with operations team for billing accuracy

膆膍 GST & Compliance

 Prepare GST data and reconcile monthly returns

 Coordinate with CA for timely GST filing and statutory compliance

 Maintain proper documentation for audits

膏膎 Payroll & Vendor Management

 Prepare payroll sheets and payout summaries

 Maintain vendor payment schedule

 Track TDS and compliance requirements

膆膐 MIS & Financial Reporting

 Prepare monthly MIS reports including:

o Profit & Loss Statement

o Cash Flow Statement

o Expense Analysis

o Outstanding Receivables Report

 Provide financial insights for cost control and margin improvement

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations

 Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books

 Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot, Basic MIS)

 High attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

 Organized, deadline-driven, and process-oriented

Experience & Qualification

 B.Com / M.Com or relevant finance qualification

 1–3 years of experience in small business / startup / agency accounting

 Hands-on experience in GST filing preparation and billing systems

 Experience working with service-based businesses preferred
