Job Title: Account Executive (Accounting)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage sales & purchase invoices.

Reconcile bank statements regularly.

Handle payment processing for refunds and client collections.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.

Generate periodic financial reports for management.

Assist in audits and other accounting-related tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduate

Minimum 1 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Strong organizational and numerical skills.

Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.

Basic English communication skills.
