Job Description – Senior Accounts Executive

Company: Cabling Harnesses OPC Pvt Ltd

Location: Wagholi, Pune

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Industry: Manufacturing (Wiring Harness / Cable Harness preferred)

Joining Requirement: Immediate joiner preferred 15 days to 1 month notice ok

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle end-to-end accounting operations for a manufacturing setup. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, GST filings, and handling export/import accounting. Experience working under a CA firm will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries

• ✔ Handle complete accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL

• ✔ Prepare and verify Export & Import invoices and documentation

• ✔ GST compliance: returns filing, reconciliation, and audit support

• ✔ TDS calculation, payment, and returns filing

• ✔ Coordinate with auditors, CA, and statutory authorities

• ✔ Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• ✔ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• ✔ Maintain proper accounting records and MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)

• CA Inter preferred

• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance

• Manufacturing accounting experience is mandatory

• Experience under CA firm – added advantage

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel

• Good analytical and documentation skills

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday
