Accounts, Admin & HR Executive (Zoho Ecosystem Specialist)

Department: Finance & HR Operations

Reports To: MD / Finance Manager

Experience: 2–5 Years



ROLE OBJECTIVETo manage Accounts, HR & Payroll functions using the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring:

  • 100% accurate accounting entries
  • Seamless payroll processing
  • HR compliance & attendance tracking
  • Admin & office operations
  • Finance & statutory compliance


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(Organized According to Zoho Modules)

  • ACCOUNTING & FINANCE — Using Zoho BooksDaily AccountingCreate & manage Sales Invoices in Zoho Books
  • Record vendor bills, expenses, credit notes, debit notes
  • Petty cash management & reimbursements
  • Manage project expenses using Zoho Expense
  • BankingBank reconciliation in Zoho Books Banking module
  • Track customer receipts, payment follow-up
  • Process vendor payments (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
  • Statutory Compliance (via Zoho Books + CA coordination)GST Return preparation
  • TDS Compliance
  • Professional Tax coordination
  • Download GSTR2A, 2B reconciliation
  • Financial ReportingGenerate:
  • P&L
  • Balance Sheet
  • Receivable Aging
