Account Manager

Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing an organization's financial health, including financial reporting, budgeting, investment management, and compliance with financial regulations. They analyze financial data, advise on investment strategies, and provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Developing and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analysing variances. 

Investment Management:

Directing investment activities, including managing investments, analyzing risks, and evaluating potential returns. 

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

Stay up-to-date with accounting standards (GST, TDS, etc.) and ensure compliance

Collaboration:

Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, HR and operations, to develop and implement financial strategies.

Review and manage accounts payable and receivable

Supervise and train junior accountants, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.

Able to conduct internal Audit

Coordinate with CA for audit 

Preparation of books of accounts such as sales, purchase

Preparation of monthly GST, reconciliation ,TDS

Monitoring & record company expenses
