• Gender: Male
• Age: 25–35 years
• Qualification: Graduate or above (Commerce background preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Accounts/Finance
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹ 50,000 per month

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally ERP/Prime), invoicing, e-invoicing, e-way bills, ledger management, and bank reconciliation. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial records, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing:

o   Generate, manage, and share invoices with clients and vendors.

o   Handle e-invoices and ensure timely dispatch.

o   Follow up for payments and maintain records.

• E-Way Bill:

o   Prepare and manage e-way bills as per statutory requirements.

• Stock & Ledger Management:

o   Record and monitor stock entries in the system.

o   Maintain vendor records, ledgers, and reconciliation.

• Bank Entries & Reconciliation:

o   Perform regular bank reconciliations.

o   Handle payments, deposits, and other bank transactions.

• Accounting Software (Tally/Zoho Books):

o   Work on Tally Prime/ERP (1.5–2 years of hands-on experience required).

o   Ensure proper accounting entries and accurate financial record-keeping.

• General Accounting:

o   Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

o   Support the finance team with financial statements and reports.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP) and accounting processes.
• Experience in ledger sharing, bank records, and vendor management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
