Job DescriptionWe are looking for a female candidate with a strong background in finance and accounting to join our team at Gauna’s Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Kharadi, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial activities, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and analysis.

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and company policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and insights.
• RequirementsMBA in Finance (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
