Accountant

v Responsibilities:

·        Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems and maintain accurate records. 

·        Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including recording of invoices and processing payments. 

·        Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records to ensure accuracy. 

·        Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

·        Auditing Support: Assist with audits by gathering necessary documentation and providing information to auditors. 

·        Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. 

·        Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. 

·        Report Generation: Prepare and submit various reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.  

·        General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
