Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain books of accounts including cash book, bank book, sales, purchase, and general ledger in ZOHO softwre
• Record all financial transactions accurately and timely
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of vouchers and invoices
• Banking & Cash Management
• Manage bank transactions, payments, and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements
• Ensure timely vendor and salary payments
• Billing, Invoicing & Receivables
• Prepare sales invoices and ensure timely dispatch
• Track receivables and follow up for outstanding payments
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for billing accuracy
