About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting tasks using Tally ERP.
• Record and maintain vouchers, journal entries, sales & purchase invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and other compliance-related documents (as applicable).
• Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
• Work closely with internal teams for audits and financial reviews.
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reports, data analysis, and communication.
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
