Job Description
- Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- 2. Taxation & ComplianceGST preparation, filing, and reconciliation.
- TDS calculation, deduction, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
- 3. Payroll & BankingCoordinate payroll entries and maintain employee records.
- Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and bank transactions.
- 4. Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor cash flow and suggest improvements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- 5. Documentation & Record ManagementMaintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Verify invoices, bills, purchase orders, and agreements.
- Maintain vendor and client ledgers.
- 🔹 Skills & QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally ERP / Busy / Zoho Books or other accounting software.
- Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
